Yes. Every PakForge engineer is dedicated to one client and works as part of your team, in your tools and your stand-ups.
How much time zone overlap can we expect?
We agree working hours with you before the engineer starts. Most US clients ask for a daily overlap window for stand-ups, reviews and pairing, and we match candidates to that schedule.
How do you test engineers before we meet them?
Every candidate passes a coding test for your stack, a live technical interview and an English and communication check. You then interview the shortlist yourself.
Who owns the code our engineer writes?
Your agreement with PakForge covers confidentiality and ownership of the work your engineer produces. We'll walk you through the terms before you sign anything.
Can we scale the team up or down?
Yes. Start with one engineer and add more as you grow. Tell us your plans on the discovery call and we'll build a hiring timeline with you.
