What we collect
- Inquiries: your name, work email, company, optional phone and message, and the role, tier, industry and other options you select.
- Job applications: your name, email, phone, the role and experience you select, your CV or CV link, an optional video intro link and anything else you choose to send.
- Meeting bookings: if you book a call through our scheduling tool, the details you enter there.
- Technical data: server logs may include IP address, browser type and pages visited. We also collect usage data through Google Analytics: in the UK, EEA and Switzerland only if you accept analytics cookies, and elsewhere unless you turn them off in Cookie settings.
Why we use it
To reply to your inquiry and run the shortlist process, to review job applications, to schedule meetings, and to understand and improve how our website is used. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run PakForge, such as our email and website host, our scheduling tool and Google Analytics (see our Cookie Policy). They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal obligations, then deleted or archived. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months so we can contact you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction or deletion by emailing hello@pakforge.com, including for job applications. California residents have the right to know, correct and delete personal information and will not be discriminated against for using these rights. If you are in the UK or EEA, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
